EXCHANGE POLICY — SÍNTESE ESCADAS
This exchange policy is valid from Dec 2022.
If you are not satisfied with the product or have regretted the purchase, you can request an exchange or refund within 7 days from the date of receipt of the order at your address.
Conditions for making an exchange:
If you want to make an exchange, the product must be in perfect condition and without signs of use and/or correct packaging, that is, in the same conditions as you received it. Furthermore, the item must be in its original packaging.
How to request an exchange:
Send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org, informing your full name, order number and reason for exchange. You will receive our contact with the necessary information to make the exchange.
Conditions for return by regret:
If you regret the purchase, you can also return your order within 7 days from the date of receipt of the order at your address.
How to request a regret return:
Send an e-mail to email@example.com, informing your full name and order number. You will receive your refund within 30 days of receiving your returned products. The amount will be refunded for a gift card or a new item. There will be no additional cost for you to receive a refund.
Products with manufacturing defect:
In accordance with Brazilian law, in the case of items with a manufacturing defect, you have the right to request a return within 30 days, counting from the date of receipt of the order at your address.
How to request a return of defective products:
Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, informing your full name, order number and information about the manufacturing defect (description with photos or videos, serial number located on the inside of the ladder above the footing). We will review your case within 30 days from the date we receive the returned products. The amount will be refunded using the same payment method you selected when purchasing from our online store. There will be no additional cost for you to receive a refund.
How to return the products:
Following what is established by Consumer Law, the shipping costs for returning products due to the right of repentance or items with a manufacturing defect will be covered by our store through the reverse logistics process.
You will receive a postage authorization code via email after your return or exchange request. We do not cover packaging costs, so we suggest that you use the same packaging in which you received your purchase (if it is not damaged) or properly preserve the pieces during transport.
